Our Programs

Our programs are structured to meet the needs of members of all ages, as well and their families and caregivers, by providing meaningful learning opportunities, community, socialization, and helpful resources.

This group is open to members of all ages to join us while we engage in a fun physical activity! After a long week of learning or work, it’s time to kick off your shoes and have some fun with DSP!

A group open to members of all ages to join us in the community, where we will be practicing important life skills while engaging in fun and exciting activities.

During the months of July and August, Camp days will be held bi-weekly to support members during those long summer days. Participants will engage in socialization, life skills, and physical activity led by some of our favorite instructors!

Geared toward our beyond - school – age members, Connections focuses on community engagement and independence by building important life skills, health, hygiene, financial literacy, and more while we connect with each other and our broader community.

Parents / caregivers and preschoolers (aged 0 -5) with Down syndrome along with their siblings meet once a month in our programming space. The sharing and play group give parents and caregivers a chance to meet others in their same situation, meet children of similar ages to their own, discuss issues related to their child’s development, stressors, and wins as well as share photos and stories.

A program for families and caregivers to connect with others within the Down syndrome community, to benefit from a network of learning and connection.  For caregivers and supporters of those who have Down syndrome of all ages.
